What information does Discord share?
Your Discord identity and the list of your servers. Scarlet uses your server permissions to decide which dashboards you can access.
Does signing in install the bot?
No. Signing in connects your account. Bot installation is checked separately.
When can I train the AI?
AI setup, memory, and training will be available after the AI service is integrated.
Where are my tickets and transcripts?
The ticket and archive services are pending integration. Scarlet does not show sample conversations in place of your real tickets.
How much does Scarlet cost?
Free includes one panel and three categories. Premium is $8.99 USD/month and Pro is $19.99 USD/month. Paid checkout and AI responses are pending integration; a no-card Premium trial is available for 14 days.
